Prevention and control of COVID-19 transmission is the highest priority, including self-protection of medical staff
Assess patient risk for both infection and CV issues; where appropriate, prefer conservative medical therapy to minimise disease spread
At all times, conduct medical practices and interventional procedures per the directives of the local hospital infection control department and local health commissions
