Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome after COVID-19 vaccination
Authors' conclusion
All patients with postvaccination POTS had pre-existing conditions. There was no evidence of myocardial injuries or echocardiographic abnormalities. The decreased HRV suggests a sympathetic dominant state.
